Aranda Industries is seeking a skilled and reliable Mechanic to maintain and repair our fleet of heavy equipment and vehicles. The ideal candidate will have experience diagnosing and resolving mechanical issues, performing preventative maintenance, and traveling to job sites for onsite emergency repairs as needed.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair heavy equipment, machinery, and fleet vehicles.
• Perform onsite emergency repairs by traveling to job sites or other locations as required.
• Conduct routine preventative maintenance to minimize equipment downtime.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic system issues and implement solutions.
• Keep accurate records of repairs, parts used, and maintenance schedules.
• Work closely with project managers and crews to ensure equipment is operational and safe.
• Order and install replacement parts as needed, ensuring proper fit and function.
• Ensure all work complies with safety standards and company policies.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, tools, and service vehicles.

Requirements

• Experience: 3+ years of experience as a mechanic, preferably with heavy equipment and fleet vehicles.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulics, and electrical components.
• Ability to travel to job sites for emergency onsite repairs (reliable transportation provided).
• Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and repair equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.
• Must have a valid driver’s license; CDL is a plus.
• Basic computer skills for tracking repairs and maintenance records.
• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications are a plus.
