Aranda Industries is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist to oversee day-to-day human resource functions and support our growing team. The ideal candidate will handle recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance, ensuring smooth HR operations in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires.
  • Oversee employee relations, including addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive work environment.
  • Administer benefits programs, including enrollment, updates, and answering employee questions.
  • Manage HR documentation, such as employee files, payroll records, performance evaluations, and attendance logs.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies.
  • Assist with payroll processing by providing accurate employee data and time records.
  • Support management in implementing training and development programs.
  • Monitor and manage employee performance reviews and disciplinary actions.
  • Track and manage leave requests, including PTO, sick leave, and FMLA.
  • Maintain up-to-date job descriptions and policies and assist with policy creation when needed.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and provide HR support for all departments.

Requirements

  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Solid knowledge of employment laws (FLSA, FMLA, OSHA, etc.) and HR best practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with HRIS systems is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism.
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills to handle employee concerns effectively.
  • HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP) is preferred but not required.
