Role Description

Aranda Industries, LLC is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to join our team in Houston, TX. This is a full-time, on-site role where you will be instrumental in driving project success through effective management and coordination. As a Project Manager, you will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. You will be responsible for expediting project timelines, managing logistics, coordinating inspections, and maintaining strong communication with all stakeholders. Your leadership will be vital in fostering a collaborative environment and ensuring that our projects meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Leadership: Lead the planning, scheduling, and execution of multiple projects, ensuring they align with company goals and client expectations.
  • Timeline Management: Expedite project timelines by proactively managing tasks, resources, and potential bottlenecks to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Logistics Coordination: Oversee the logistics of project delivery, including the coordination of materials, equipment, and personnel to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Inspection Oversight: Manage and coordinate inspections to ensure all work meets quality standards and regulatory compliance, addressing any issues promptly.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and internal teams, facilitating clear and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Risk Management: Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement strategies to mitigate delays, cost overruns, and other issues.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present regular project updates, reports, and documentation to senior management and stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability.
  • Safety and Compliance: Ensure that all projects adhere to company safety policies and industry regulations, promoting a culture of safety and responsibility.
  • Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project processes, efficiency, and overall performance.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Proven experience in Project Management, particularly in the construction or utility sectors, with a strong track record of successful project delivery.
  • Logistics Management: Expertise in managing complex logistics, including resource allocation, equipment management, and material procurement.
  • Inspection Expertise: In-depth knowledge of inspection processes and regulatory compliance within the construction industry.
  • Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, with the capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Leadership: Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams to achieve project goals.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in both Spanish and English is required to effectively communicate with our diverse workforce and clientele.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Certifications: Relevant certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) are a plus.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in project management software and tools, with the ability to adapt to new technologies and processes.
